We specialize in re-selling authentic high designer clothing (for Men & Women), shoes, handbags and accessories. We help you get the maximum value out of your items. Simply send in or drop off your items at our convenient store and we do the rest.
Looking for something specific? Let us know, and we will contact you when that item is available for purchase on our site or store.
For returnable items purchased in our online site, please contact us for (RMA- Return Merchandise Authorization). Please be aware that Returns are only accepted on items that qualify for return. The item MUST be returned in the same condition that was sent within 7 days.
First you must request an RMA Number within 3 days after you receive the item (s). To request an RMA #, please email us at: email@example.com
PS: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive the item back, we will notify you within 24 hours by email once we process your return. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your credit card statement.
PS: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CHARGE $20 FEE FOR ALL RETURNED ITEMS.
